We collect the following personal data through our landing page, verification form and official registration form:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Marketing consent preference
• Legal name, date of birth and postal address (collected during official registration, for our statutory shareholder register)

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We process your claim details on the basis of our legitimate interest in administering the Second Best equity offer to former Equity Punks. Where you have given marketing consent, we send you promotional emails on the basis of that consent.

4. How long we keep your data

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to process your claim and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes. If you have given marketing consent, we will retain your data until you unsubscribe.

• Typeform — verification form
